Recipe:
Cut each chicken fillet into 2 thin slices.

Place in a bowl. Add oil, salt and spices. Mix and set aside.
Peel the apples, remove the cores and cut the flesh into 1-1.5 cm cubes.
Cut onion into half rings. Finely chop the garlic.
Heat 1 tablespoon vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook on both sides until cooked through.
Transfer to a plate and cover with foil.

Reduce heat to medium, melt butter and add onions to pan. Cook, stirring, until lightly golden.

Add the apples.

Cook for a few minutes, then add the sugar and a pinch of salt. Cook, stirring, until apples are medium soft. They should not become mushy.
Lastly, add the garlic and cook for half a minute.

Serve the fillet with the apples.
