Ingredient Notes:
- Avocado. Look for a large, ripe avocado. You’ll need one that weighs about 270–300g in total, which should yield approximately 180–200g of pure pulp. The specific variety doesn’t matter here – as long as it’s perfectly ripe.
- Lime. It’s the perfect aromatic match for this flavor ensemble. However, if you don’t have limes on hand, feel free to use lemon — it works beautifully too.
- Cream сheese. Any smooth cream cheese will work perfectly.
- Mint. This is what brings that signature freshness, and in this specific role, it’s truly irreplaceable. That said, if you’re a cilantro lover, you can swap the mint for cilantro to give the dip a more distinct Mexican vibe.

Let’s start cooking!
Peel the avocado and remove the pit. Cut it into pieces and put them in a food processor. Add the lime juice, mint, and salt.

Process until smooth. Add the cream cheese.

Process again.

Add salt and lime juice as needed.
Serve with chips, crackers, pretzels, or croutons.

Enjoy!
