
Ingredients for 4 servings:
Base
- 300 g
- 80 g
- 2 clove
- 20 g
- 20 g
Recipe:
Remove the tough parts of the stems from the basil and parsley. Coarsely chop the garlic.
Put all the ingredients in a bowl.
Grind with a blender until smooth.
If the consistency is a bit thick, add a little more cream.
Serve.
