
Ingredients for 3 servings:
Base
- 450 ml
- sugar syrup60 ml
Cream Froth
- 120 ml
- 60 ml
- sugar syrup20 ml
Sugar Syrup
- 50 g
- water50 ml
Recipe:
Prepare a simple sugar syrup. To do this, combine water and sugar in a saucepan, put on the stove and, with constant stirring, bring until the sugar dissolves. Cool.
Brew coffee and cool down.
In a bowl, combine the cream, milk and sugar syrup. Beat with a mixer or cream/milk frother. The mixture will look more like a thick froth than whipped cream – this is normal.
Put ice in glasses. Pour coffee, add sugar syrup to taste. Spoon the creamy foam on top.
Serve.
