
Ingredients for 6 servings:
Base
- 75 g
- 15 g
- 50 ml
- 25 g
- 40 ml
- water, room temperature50 g
Recipe:
Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F). Place the peanuts on a baking sheet and bake for 5-7 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool completely.
Put all ingredients into a large blender cup.
Blend with immersion blender until smooth.
Serve as a salad dressing or as a sauce for beef steaks or roasted poultry such as chicken or duck.
