
Ingredients for 4 servings:
Base
- 800 g

Sauce
- 150 ml
- 60 ml
- 1/2 tsp
- 1 tbsp
- 1 tbsp
- 1/2 tsp
- 1/2 tsp
- 1 pcs
Recipe:
Cut the belly into slices about 1 cm thick. Finely chop onion and garlic.
Stir together the wine, soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, vinegar, chili flakes and dried ginger.
In a wok or deep frying pan, stir-fry the brisket in batches until browned on all sides.
Transfer to a plate.
Reduce the heat to medium-high and add the onions and garlic to the wok. Cook, stirring, for 3 minutes.
Add pork, cinnamon stick and sauce and bring to a boil.
Cover and simmer over low heat until belly is tender.
Serve.
