Source: https://flavorit.com/recipe/soy-sauce-braised-pork-belly/Cut the belly into slices about 1 cm thick. Finely chop onion and garlic.
Stir together the wine, soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, vinegar, chili flakes and dried ginger.
In a wok or deep frying pan, stir-fry the brisket in batches until browned on all sides.
Transfer to a plate.
Reduce the heat to medium-high and add the onions and garlic to the wok. Cook, stirring, for 3 minutes.
Add pork, cinnamon stick and sauce and bring to a boil.
Cover and simmer over low heat until belly is tender.
Serve.
