
Ingredients for 3 servings:
Base

- 90 g
- water90 ml
- 1/2 pcs
Recipe:
Remove the pits from the peaches, cut the flesh into slices and place in a container or bag. You should have about 600 grams of pitless peaches.
Place in the freezer until completely frozen.
Make a simple syrup with sugar and water and let it cool. Bring the water to a boil and dissolve the sugar.
Place the frozen peaches in a blender. Add the syrup and lemon juice.
Blend until smooth.
Pour into glasses and serve.
