Source: https://flavorit.com/recipe/garam-masala-spice/Toast the whole spices in a dry frying pan, stirring, for about 1 minute.
Allow to cool to room temperature, then transfer to a mortar or coffee grinder (I have a Kenwood grinder attachment).
Grind to powder.
Store in a tightly sealed container or a jar.
