Recipe:
Cut the squashes in half.

Using a spoon or baller spoon, scoop out the flesh from each half to form a boat.

Place the squashes in a baking dish. Brush with teriyaki sauce.

Finely chop half of the squash flesh.
For the stuffing, combine the ground meat, finely chopped garlic, chili pepper and green onion, pour in the teriyaki and add the squash pulp. Add salt to taste (remember there is already salt in the teriyaki).

Stir the stuffing and stuff into the boats.

Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (390°F) for about 30 minutes. About 5 minutes before it is done, brush the ground meat with another serving of teriyaki sauce.
Serve.
